Searching for a job opportunity is not always easy, especially if you don't know where to start. Rylem's team offered me a great service and my first professional experience in the United States. They found the right job for me based on my skills and qualifications, Rylem's team helped throughout each stage of the recruitment process getting me my first opportunity working as a contractor for a great worldwide company at Amazon, Seattle.

Company lied about the work that would be done in the position, lied about it being temp to permanent hire, had benefits that would only kick in after the contract period and lastly kept the Christmas bonus the company gave me and lied about forwarding it.
Wasn't even told that the whole department for the client companywas leaving the state and had to ferret out the truth. Didn't keep me in the loop and only sent over an extension until the time they would have left.
Do not trust the 5 star reviews, terrible company to work for.

Rylem is a horrible place to contract through here in Seattle, WA. HR reps and Recruiters at Rylem are inexperienced and is very unsupportive when it comes to HR support. I was injured at work when employed at Rylem, they made me continue on with my shifts with my injury, and didn’t want to document that I was injured in their database. I wasn’t able to file a WR Injury claim and is now out of a job, and struggling to find a place to work. I will never recommend Rylem to anyone! Stay away from Rylem.

Avoid at all costs! Don't work for them, it's all smiles and no substance. The pay is low, there's no Orca cards, no PTO payout, you earn 2-hours of PTO each month and the contracts are all less than a year. Also, they cut services/"perks" during your contract and there's no there's no job search or transition assistance once your short contract is almost over. Almost everyone who supported me during my contract left within a month and the HR rep in flaky and unhelpful. The contract and onboarding is basic and misleading, so make sure you read it and ask several questions if you have to work here

They setup and interview, changed the terms of the submission the day before the interview, and then retracted the scheduled interview a hours prior before without bothering to say so and without answering emails or phone calls.
The communication between myself, first recruiter, and the rest of the team is sketchy at best and it sounded like the onsite managers were changing things around on a daily basis to look good for the client.
Just another run of the mill submission recruiter.
