Nancy has been injecting in the cosmetic/plastic field for over 19 years and has been in the nursing field for almost 40 years. Her vast experience with cosmetic surgical procedures and injectable treatments has made her an expert nurse injector at Parson Skin Center. Nancy has been privileged to train personally with some of the nation's top physicians in aesthetics and holds certification as a nurse aesthetic specialist.
Char has extensive knowledge in aesthetics, with over 28 years of experience in the cosmetic surgery industry. In addition to being a part of the medical industry, Char continuously trains with some of the most world-renowned injectors. With master level laser certification, as well as being a microblading expert, Char is able to offer a vast array of treatments working with various product lines for her patients.
Jenny is a highly trained nurse injector who began with a BS degree in Nursing, followed by experience working at Phoenix Children's Hospital. While working with children will always have a place in her heart, today Jenny thrives in aesthetics and skin care. In fact, Jenny's very natural approach to injectables gives each patient the look they are wanting without ever looking "overdone."

The office people were nice but after thinking for a good amount of time, I chose to go with someone else. It bothers me the way things were handled. I paid for a consultation and they just forgot to send it to me. After a month I had to email and call to get them to send it to me. It was supposed to be about 2 weeks to get a quote. The woman on the phone said it got misplaced. It was not in my junk emails either. Why would I spend thousands of dollars on a surgery and trust a place that cant keep their records straight? It's frustrating.

Had a small accident with a speed limit sign causing a large gash in my forehead. Was guided, luckily, to Dr. Shaun Parson, who was able to miraculously fit me in on a Friday afternoon. I cannot thank the staff enough for the quick work and fantastic job with the stitches. All together it was 24 stitches and I am almost 2 weeks out and the reactions are outstanding, to say the least. A large forehead slice within 1 layer of you skull feels very emotional and daunting, but the staff at Dr. Parson's office were meticulous and incredibly helpful. Dr. Parson and his staff are knowledgeable, professional and kind. They are clearly experts as it relates to plastic surgery and skin care but have the grace to extend patience and encouragement. As a patient who was nervous to undergo treatment, they put me at ease by listening and thoroughly answering questions. And the results were wonderful.

All of the girls at Dr. Parsons skin center make me feel so welcomed. Holly and Jenny are so knowledgeable and skilled, and both have made me feel my most beautiful self. The front desk girls are friendly and efficient. The office is beautiful and I would recommend to anyone who wants top of the line skin treatments, filler, Botox, etc. Couldn’t recommend this place more!!

Dr Shaun Parson is amazing! I had a capsular contraction on my left breast. I was in pain for two years. I went to four other doctors, they wanted to give me a lift, surgery would be 4+ hours and have Draining tubes in. They said my breast would not look the same. I would have more Scars. Dr Shaun Parson, went in and removed my scar tissue, took my implants out and replaced them. They are Absolutely beautiful. He is a artist. Other breast surgeons were charging ridiculous amounts of money. He is such a nice man, does the best work and has the best staff ever. Thank you Dr Shaun for making me not

100% recommend Shaun for your breast needs . Had my first breast augmentation done July 20th and my recovery has been nothing but easy . Just follow the booklet and recommendations that they tell you and you… should have no complications . I am one week after surgery and I have already stopped the pain meds. There is no need unless I happen to need them for sleeping .

First of all , just had my breast augmentation yesterday around 11:30/12 and everything went amazing . I feel fantastic .
I’m sooooo glad someone recommended me to him because everything about Parson and his practice is phenomenal.
His staff , his offices , the communication is all top notch and I couldnt be happier 💓

I followed Holly Shepherd to Dr Parson’s office from another practice a few years ago and I’m so happy I did!! Her treatments are truly magical and she never tries to “oversell” treatment or product, which is not only a testament to her, but the culture at the office. I highly recommend Dr. Parson for your cosmetic surgery needs. I recently had surgery with him. During the initial consultation, he attentively listened and answered every question and concern that I had. He walked me through the process of the surgery, the recovery, and the expected pain levels that I would have.
The surgery center is… beautiful and located in a great area of town. it was very convenient for my husband to go and grab coffee and a quick lunch while I was in surgery. Dr. Parson kept my husband updated every step of the way.

I had the most horrible experience when Dr. Parson did my surgery! I had a mid face lift and a breast lift. When I woke up after surgery the bandages around my neck were so tight they slit my throat and I haven't been able to turn my head since the surgery over a year ago, the scars are so bad I am often asked what happen. It looks like someone… tried to hang me. As for the breast lift again the worst night mare ever. My left areola died. The other surgeons I went to, to see if anyone could save my breast, told me there was a hematoma under the areola. If Dr. Parson would have responded

I know I made the right choice when I chose Dr. Parson to be my cosmetic surgeon. As a physician myself, I know how critical it is to choose the right doctor and I had 4 other surgical consults to make sure. I am only ~2 weeks out from a tummy tuck and lipo and am already so happy with the results. Dr. Parson is a perfectionist in the OR and… really takes his time to ensure a beautiful result.
