After calling around and having another company, AKM, cancel on me David stepped in and helped me. He was very communicative from beginning to end. He kept me updated and was willing to answer all my questions and even gave me a quote over the phone in advance. He was punctual, professional and very courteous. Called this company to replace all the locks in our office. The technician seemed rushed and took whatever parts he has in his truck (we found out after the fact that we were charged for industrial locks but that was not what was installed). The back door door handles literally fall off or jam now. To top it off, the front door lock was installed so poorly we could barely turn the key to open the door and he did not seem to care and assumed we would "break it in" to work better. Overall, it was a terrible experience with very inexperienced and apathetic workers. I am currently employing

Check your options first. This business did come to the house to change locks, and did a good job with installing and keying them. But the hardware options were very standard, the cost was extremely high (about twice what I've experienced before) and they did not give a receipt so I can't detail where the costs went. Best if you get a quote from at least 2 others first to be sure you know what you'll be paying for ahead of time. Maybe pick someone else.
