Less than one star.
Not only was the item I purchased a nightmare to put together, but so was the customer service.
I ordered a piece from Walmart and wanted to return it because it did no fit where I had planned it to. Walmart Customer Service told me that this manufacturer (Furniture of America) has a 30 day return policy which was not stated ANYWHERE so I was under the impression that I had my usual 90 day return period from Walmart. When i called Furniture of America customer service the woman so casually told me there was nothing they could do. Trying to be reasonable, I asked if a credit

Ordered a sectional sofa bed with chaise and recliner from the catalog based on a display in the store. Hadn't even planned on purchasing furniture (was just browsing the area in between meetings). I've had my set past my trial era (felt a little harder than I preferred for the first couple of weeks but softened with time). Very sturdy and comfy. The chaise has storage inside and the sofa bed isn't like the traditional sofa beds (but a pop up connector that slides from underneath). We LOVE it. The recliner was not an exact match (we were informed before ordering) but extremely similar

We purchased a cabinet from an FOA dealer, it was damaged in the box. Just a drawer front, easy for them to replace. At first they were like "no problem" then OH, you bought it from a dealer on Amazon, you need to go though the dealer. FOA washed there hands of the problem, the dealer has done nothing and I am stuck with a broken drawer.

The WORST company. Please save yourself MONTHS of headaches and go somewhere else. I won money towards furniture on a game show over a year ago and still don't have my completed order. I send email after email and continuously get the response "I will advise." They have turned an exciting experience into a nightmare. They obviously use the game shows as advertising and don't care to carry through with the prizes. Seems like they are hoping I just give up.
