Services
Expect your first visit to take about 1 1/2 hours. Nan spends time talking to you about your healthcare concerns. You will be asked many different questions - some you will expect and others will seem unusual or different from what you may have experienced when visiting other health care practitioners.
The Cameron Clinic of Oriental Medicine is located north of New Hanover Regional Medical Center on West side of South 16th Street. Heading south on 16th Street, go through the intersection of Robin Hood (where the Burger King is in the middle) and we are the third building on the right side. Our building is yellow with green trim.
If your appointment is with Nan Cameron, you also need to obtain lab and diagnostic reports for the past two years and mail or bring them to our office three weeks before your first visit. You may request that your physician's office fax us at 910-342-0993 copies of your labs, x-ray, CT scan and MRI reports from the last two years before your first visit.
The Cameron Clinic is excited to offer a Private Membership Association to provide health and wellness options for everyone. The Club at CamClinic is self-directed with a focus on bioenergetics utilizing comprehensive, complementary alternative health therapies. You don't have to be a Cameron Clinic patient to take advantage of our cutting edge technologies.
My experience has been wonderful. Nan is a mature, caring and conscientious person who has had many years of experience as an acupuncturist who continues to hone her skills through on going learning and classes which she attends. My acupuncture treatments have been very helpful in dealing with a number of issues.

Absolutely fantastic!! Now this is wat I call healthcare—- the only time I have EVER been comfortable putting those words together!! Just starting with Ms NaN but I have no doubt I am sticking with her as my PRIMARY - lord knows western medicine has nearly killed me several times over and I simply avoid docs and hospital (singular in Wilmington 😉) at ALL costs ! 😱. I have had nothing but a very positive experience with Nan at the Cameron Clinic. She has helped me in ways above and beyond my original reason for seeing her. She is warm, compassionate, and understanding, always giving of her time and vast knowledge to treat whatever issues I am dealing with. I read the book "Radical Remissions" after being diagnosed with brain cancer in July 2015. I was intrigued by some of the alternative therapies utilized by patients in the book, as I was undergoing radiation and chemo at the time, and felt exhausted and nauseous constantly. I have been going to Nan Cameron now for 4 years. I consider her my primary health care provider. She has always provided the absolute best care, and I believe, best advice and treatment during every visit and for every issue.
