A licensed rooming house became infested when a tenant moved in with bed bugs in their belongings. I called EJ's because they had serviced another rooming house a few years ago with a very heavy infestation following tenants moving in from Trinidad. They knew what they were doing.

I didn’t use this company, but when I called. There were two people on phone which was fine. Assuming she’s was getting trained, however the guys tone was disgustingly aggressive and he was rude. The girl getting trained sounded as if she was either smacking on gum or her teeth. just poor customer service.

I entered into a contract with EJ for a remodeling project back in December. I was pleased with the timeline I was given and how responsive she was when I called with questions. The project was an enclosure of my 2-story back porch. The cost was what I expected and hoped for since it was within my planned budget. The demolition and rebuild stayed on course excluding weekends. A plus for me since all of last year I teleworked and was able to watched the transformation and to see how things were moving along. I’m very pleased with the finished product and will definitely reach back out when I start

You'll be overcharged. I can only speak to the pricing of this company as I canceled before services were rendered. This company charges way over the current standard for the DMV area. You will pay an extra $200-300 with no extras like extended warranties. You can find good, quality service for about half the cost. That is what happened to me - - I booked an appointment with EJ Pest Control. Later, I googled other bird removal companies and found one that would do the job for $190 rather than the $550 that EJ Pest Control quoted me.

We needed a pest control company to go out to a property we manage in the city this past Saturday to remove a dead rodent (yuck! I know!). EJ Pest Control was probably my fifth call - I even called the company the owners have a contract with and no one was available! EJ answered the phone in a prompt and professional manner and had someone out within the next 45 minutes! Their technician located the dead squirrel, sanitized the area and patched up the hole to prevent other animals from entering the home. Needless to say we were extremely happy with their services.

I recently helped my 22 year old son move to a different apartment in DC (this past weekend). Many things had gone wrong, and there were the amazing few people who also went above and beyond. We noticed leftover "remnants" of potential mice, and some creepy, crawlers. The stairwell hosted much of the activity, and that's the only way to this new apt. I called EJs on a SAT around 5pm.
