After a week we pulled our son out. They lied to us and said he would be utilizing all the different classrooms. Only to find out that he was in one classroom all day. After admitting their mistake we were told that we would be getting an $80 refund. Later we were told we have an $80 credit. Shady business. Disorganized. When we showed up for our first day. They didn't even know who our son was. Corporate was present at the school trying to fix issues that weren't made known to us.

This is not the place to fight the mask fascists. The director here is fully on-board with the mask mandate. She asked us to leave because I refused to mask my TWO YEAR OLD.
We are switching to a school that cares about the health and welfare of my child and is capable of doing a proper risk analysis on dangers of COVID v. dangers of masks.
This is very sad, because the teachers are excellent here. They are great with the kids and respect parents' health decisions. And it's hard to find good help these days...or really any help at all.

There has been a lot of turnover here and as such they are understaffed. The facility is beautiful with lots to do, and if I were a kid, I would be super excited to go there.
Staff quality is variable with my older child absolutely adoring their teacher with their only complaint that she does not read to them (they are learning to do so by themself but just beginning). In my younger child's room, since massive staff turnover, they have actively been seeking reasons to exclude kids due to staffing issues and pull moves like checking temps immediately when they get inside from 95 degree days
