Services
We are screening with credit and criminal checks, job verification, landlord references. To qualify household incomes must gross a minimum of 3 1/2 times the monthly rent for an apartment or 4 times the rent for a single family home. You can also get the Rental Application in PDF format. The application fee will be due upon completion of the form, and will not submit without payment.
We will begin processing your request right away upon receipt of the application fee ($50.00 processing fee per adult living in the home). Anyone 18+ of age will need to complete the application as well as sign the lease. Please call our office with a credit or debit card number if you are faxing the application.

Rent Collections & Delinquency Action (7 day Notices, Evictions, and Money Judgment Collections). Office provides Lobby Location for Face-to-Face Rent Drop Off Ensuring Additional Communication on Property.

I have a close friend who has no water pressure in here shower unit and they refuse to fix the issue. Keep in mind they told her having no water pressure is not a sufficient issue to address. I encourage all to stay away. In response to owners reply, I went over and she cannot even fill up her bath it's so bad. Owners response is completely inaccurate.

Horrible experience. I paid 50 dollars for the app fee, only to be denied 20minutes later. Their credit check was extremely bogus, tried telling me they went 20years back, said I was evicted from my current address,. Still at my current address! I would not recommend this company for anything other than an example of what not to be, and who NOT to give your hard earned money to.

Horrible!! Now they want to comment on my rating that they installed a plug for my dryer but the funny thing is that I never even moved into their unit... Could not even rent from them with a credit score of 678 and good landlord references and clean record.. They are horrible. They just collect application fees and deny you!! The ladies at the office are very rude and unhelpful.

Every-Single reverted statement, from any individual associated with this company, has PROOFS, in those Reads!, that allow our insight(i.e., reverted assaults/blaming) and intuitions(Red Flags) to kick in 💯%. And should be Fully read and understood, WELL!, before any contacts SHOULD be made FOR😏, this particular Company, by my own inducted experiences. I recommend a higher/more In-depth approach, or perhaps a Complete recycling, re-coaching and reevaluation, to what, this Company's, true Professional Purpose they are seeking to achieve. First of all let me say I have never rented from these people nor would I ever I wouldn't rent from them if they were the last rental place on the planet the way I was treated in a very simple email with a very simple question was absolute bs. I asked a very simple pet policy question and was told that they would not rent to me, to not click on their ads anymore that I was rude you definitely deserved all the rudeness you got and all of these really bad reviews I should have read them before I emailed you would have saved me some serious time. Would love to personally think Amanda Kelly for that

Update their reply is a lie.. i put in my 30 days i did not mistreat anyone maintence came in 1 time to my apartment. my lease was renewed in October 2020 I gave you my 30 days in May of 2020. If you were evicting me at lease renewal I would have not stayed for 6 months...... I did no property damage to that house. Also Amanda it was rude to just hang up. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!
I moved out in the middle of my lease. Why? Because I could not afford the $75 hike in rent to renew my lease. Along with taking away snow removal and the yard work. They did this in the middle of the pandemic. Mind you

Worst experience I have ever had with a property management company. Getting repairs was always too much trouble. Often did walk-through with little notice and no room to work around my schedule. Tried keeping entire security deposit and wanted more. Had to keep calling to prove their charges to be wrong and still ended up paying for things that had nothing to do with me. Read the contract extremely well because they put in a lot of wording to protect them and almost nothing to benefit you.

Everything can change in a Day. After the passing of My oldest Brother who had contracted All Pro for over 10 years the overwhelming paperwork and responsibilities of Tenant/Landlord and accounting. city inspections, lawn maintenance was the one thing I living outside of Jackson was able to rely on All Pro to continue to be Professional and I will always be grateful . I recommend if Your looking for Peace of Mind as a Landlord and complete accounting along with Happy Tenants who Ive been Blessed with low vacancy rate as the majority had been tenants over 6 years or longer.
