I am a Dr. Najim convert! My last trip to a dentist was in Reno seven years ago, and was quite unpleasant. Aside from not being gentle, I was basically scolded by the dentist and made to feel embarrassed the whole time I was in the chair. A lot of time had passed, and I knew that eventually I should go to the dentist again, but kept putting it off based on my previous experience. I went to Dr. Najim after hearing some great recommendations, and was immediately taken into great care. Dr. Najim is wonderful! He and his team worked diligently to ensure that I was comfortable and well-informed about my dental treatment. Dr. Najim is gentle, and took care to explain to me in layman's terms exactly what was happening during my entire visit. His office staff is friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, as well. I highly recommend Dr. Najim, and am so glad that I chose him for my dental care.

Dr. Najim and his office SAVED OUR VACATION! My son needed a wire clipped on his braces and they made it happen! We cannot thank them enough for their flexibility and care. Our son will be able to enjoy our Tahoe trip with smile because of your incredible service. Dr. Najim was so quick and Zoe was so sweet to help get us there! After moving from the Bay Area to Tahoe City, I had to find a new dentist. I was so glad to find Dr. Najim. From the first phone call, to my initial visit, Dr. Najim and his staff were amazing. They were kind, caring, and professional throughout, and put me at ease immediately. Not to mention, the gorgeous view of Lake Tahoe from the dental chair. Who knew that going to the dentist could be so enjoyable! I will definitely be going back for my regular visits, and will be scheduling visits for my kids as well.

We recently moved to North Lake Tahoe from the Bay Area and I was in need of a new regular dentist (and for our entire family). It was great to find Dr. Najim's office so conveniently located in the center of Tahoe City. I was very happy with my initial examination and cleaning. All done professionally, in an office with the very latest technical equipment, as well as an amazing view of Lake Tahoe from the examination chair! We came up to Tahoe for our daughter's wedding and my husband had a cap come off a tooth. That is a potential wedding photo disaster! So he called Dr Semmens and was able to get in to see him quickly. Dr. Semmens had great pride in his work and had my husband smiling with all of his teeth in a short time. My husband also enjoyed the lovely lake view and mentioned that the cap cost about half as much as our dentist at home charged. Highly recommend!

Dr. Semmens is by far the best dentist my husband and I have ever been too!!! I met Dr. Semmons about 6 years ago. We moved to Incline Village from the Bay Area and I had not yet established a dentist. It was Easter Sunday weekend and I woke up with the worst toothache ever. I suffered through the weekend and started calling dentists on Monday morning. I must have called 6 dentists in the Tahoe area. They were all very "sympathetic" and offered me an appointment 3-4 days later. They all told me after the Easter weekend they were totally booked. I literally picked Dr.Semmens name

Last week I had a temporary crown fall out 200 miles away from my normal dentist. I called, they got me in immediately, cancelling their lunch to see me right away. Since I lost the temporary the dentist made me one on the spot, with a smile, paying great attention to make sure it fitted correctly. These guys were fantastic, Judy also went above and beyond to help with my insurance. Overall a great experience. If you live in Tahoe and need a dentist you should certainly check them them out.

It is hard to believe that a dentist with Dr. Semmens abilities practices in Tahoe City, He is a great dentist. Anyone with any doubts has my permission to visit his office and see my before and afters. His whole staff is friendly and helpful and Dr. Semmens is one of the nicest people you will ever meet!
