Wilcox Wellness & Fitness is located in both Bangor and Brunswick, Maine. We offer both individual and group personal training in our private wellness and fitness center both online via LIVEStream Training and in person. We care deeply about our client's success and are dedicated to being enthusiastic, encouraging, and supportive.

We provide consistent guidance to living and sustaining a healthy lifestyle. We teach proper techniques of strength and cardiovascular training, as well as proper nutrition. By using the most up to date training methods and fitness equipment we are able to keep exercise fun and interesting. Our trainers will take the time to get to know you and will establish a plan tailored to meet your individual goals and ensure your success.

My name is Mike Wilcox. I specialize in functional training, implementing exercise techniques that allow each individual to live a better daily life. In 2005, I earned my American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer certificate.

By having 15 years of personal training experience and over 20 years in the fitness industry under my belt, I have developed the knowledge, techniques, personality, and compassion to encourage individuals to live a healthier lifestyle.My largest passion is finding a way to connect with people and showing them how to make their lives a little bit healthier.

We have over 30 years of combined experience helping people start and stick with a health and fitness program. We have processes to ensure our clients are well cared for all throughout their health and fitness journey and are set up for success in our program.
This KickStart program is designed to help you form healthy habits that you can sustain for your lifetime, and create the life you have always wanted. You will discover limitless energy to enjoy the things you love doing so that you can live a happier, healthier, more fit lifestyle, full of limitless possibilities.
Wilcox Wellness & Fitness believes in teaching the fundamentals of exercise and nutrition. Regardless of your skill or fitness level, we believe in the importance of building a foundation of the most basic movements, and using that as a platform to build on. We believe that building a solid foundation leads to success.
Our group personal training program is an affordable and effective option to work with a personal trainer with out the commitment of a set weekly appointment. Our schedule contains over 85 sessions to choose from throughout the week. After your initial consultation and onboarding process, these sessions are booked just one hour in advance through our online scheduling software.

I love this place. Upbeat, knowledgeable trainers guide you through workouts designed to challenge you. Every workout is built around using the correct form to strengthen your body and improve your flexibility. I feel 100x better after just a few weeks of group sessions.

The trainers I have had the pleasure of working with have been so supportive. Adam and Katie are very knowledgeable and give the feedback I need to keep going. From the first time I took the leap and walked through the door at Wilcox’s I have felt welcomed. Paige was great explaining what they had to offer and how the programs work. My next meeting was with Kate, one of the Trainers, and she too was outstanding. I have now reached my one month mark and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The communications is constant and encouraging but not over whelming. The app for scheduling makes finding the time that works for you extremely easy. The amount of classes offered leaves you no room to make excuses that you can’t find a time that works for
