Timm having driven two years prior and Johanna having traveled frequently in corporate life to and from the airport, the two sought to create a car service that would provide friendly and reliable transportation to Seattle and the surrounding areas. I never write reviews (who has the time?). However, I have to write this to help you all out. We just used Aces twice from our home to the airport and back. The first journey was just fine. They sent an experienced driver and proper car (4WD) (though the driver said his company doesn't like them to use the 4WD due to expense of gas usage). The second journey was terrible.
The inexperienced driver had "Never driven in snow before." He told us AFTER we were in his car. They had given him a rear-wheeled vehicle. The driver couldn't make it up a small hill without coaching

The car service I used to use more or less disappeared when the pandemic took hold. Thus the daunting task of find a new way to get to and from the airport.
Behold! Aces!
First. The ride *TO* the airport. Our driver arrived on time, helped load our luggage, car was clean and comfortable, and provided an easy breezy ride.
Second. The ride *FROM* the airport...well...Seattle decided to get a dumping of snow. Add in holidays and Covid cases running rampant...my flight was delayed a couple of times. Aces was great in helping me get back home after landing. I did need to be a little flexible because

Amazing service overall. We booked Aces for group transportation to and from our wedding venue with a Mercedes Sprinter. Needless to say they were SUPER professional, very responsive, and had the best rate! Our driver Randall went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, including loading everything to and from the wedding. Definitely recommend this company and will book them again!

I have used the service several times and the vehicles were clean, drivers professional, and a very comfortable ride from/to the airport.
I appreciate a driver answering questions about sites I'm seeing, festivals in the area, etc. or sometimes I'm on a call and there is no conversation.
The scheduling is amazingly easy on-line with email receipts as well. And don't worry about those flight changes. I just sent an email between flight changes and my car was waiting for me. What a relief!

I'm an executive assistant and I use them exclusively when booking ground transportation for our company's most valued clients and colleagues. Super easy to book and never once have worried that they would be late or not show up, no matter what time of day or night. The price also includes tax and tip, which makes payment super easy for our non-US guests. They will also meet and greet inside the airport for a reasonable charge. My plane was delayed 2 hours due to wearher; getting in at 10:30pm instead of 8:30pm, and Aces took great care of me. We kept in contact throughout the ordeal, and the customer serve was amazing! Plus, it was another 45 minuted drive to my home. The chauffeur was still very pleasant, in spite of the late pick-up. Aces is the only car service we use. Thanks for another wonderful experience. After checking out many airport-to-downtown available shuttle services, I took the advice of Yelp users and booked with Ace's. My call was answered promptly and I received a very fair quote. I was offered curbside or parking garage pickup, choosing curbside because we checked our bags. I reserved the ride and received email verification almost immediately. The procedure was very clearly outlined.

My mom was traveling alone and needed to transfer from SeaTac to Union Station. After having a friend in Seattle that was going to pick her up have to back-out last minute, we were kinduva' in a pinch. Aces came up in a search for car services and, truth be told, I kind of rolled the dice. As it turned out, the driver, a young man named Josh, took great care of my mom. We used Aces for transportation from the Seattle airport to a downtown hotel on May 23, 2018. (would eventually be going out on a cruise so didn't need a rental car.) Everything about our experience was exceptional from the reservation to our drop off at the hotel. Absolutely flawless service on our June trip. I booked 3 separate rides for 3 different days and times. Airport Hotel to cruise terminal, cruise terminal to downtown hotel and downtown hotel to airport. Every ride was a little early, great communication from the driver, clean vehicles and safe driving. Took a nice little vacation to Seattle recently. We planned on going somewhere nice for dinner one of the nights. Instead of getting an Uber, which could turn the night into a total disaster, as it has before for me. We opted for a town car service. Aces was the first thing that popped up. I had an important client in town that needed to be driven around town for three days. He uses a wheelchair, although he doesn't require a wheelchair-accessible vehicle. The staff was accommodating and friendly for him. The times were flexible, so the driver for each day communicated directly with the client's dad.
The sales staff was also really easy to work with during the reservation process. I reached out to another company and they replied with a really curt, short email - really offputting. The staff here called back same day, spoke in the evening, and made the process easy

Really misleading policy when it comes to weddings -- I booked a Lincoln towncar sedan for my getaway car after my wedding, and it is not obvious on their website when you book a service that their wedding policy is different from their normal rate. The day before my wedding, I get an email saying to pay up an extra $160 or lose my reservation. Of course I paid it -- I couldn't afford to book another service so last-minute. It felt like my reservation was being held hostage.

Awesomely wonderful!! Mike was already waiting when we landed. He met us at baggage claim and assisted with the bags. The car was beautiful and smelled wonderful.
I'm so sorry that I made the mistake of placing the wrong city in our reservations. Mike was not only very understanding and accommodating, he teased me a little and made me feel comfortable and secure. He drove us to my daughters home, an hour out of Seattle and entertained us with wonderful stories and things to see while we are here.

Traveled to Seattle last week and used two different car services because the Yelp ratings were so good for both I couldn't chose! I must say neither disappointed!
Aces was a few dollars more than the other company but the friendly driver more than made up for that. Also, they never asked me for a credit card prior to picking me up and I was able to pay cash.
Both services were clean, professional, prompt and got me where I needed to go in comfort and style. This company deserves it's 5 star rating!
