When my dad had to move into a nursing home back in May of 2019 for a higher level of care, we found the process of filing for Medicaid intimidating and impossible. The Medicaid filing process can seem overwhelming, tedious, unending and quite frankly scary to anyone who doesn’t know how to navigate the system. I felt like I was drowning until I talked to Hilary and her team with Long Term Care Solutions who threw me a life preserver to hang on to while filing for Medicaid for my grandma. They took care of all of the financial aspects for me, walked me through the moving process for my grandma (since she needed to move from an assisted to skilled facility), helped me find a skilled facility, but maybe most important of all for me during this stressful period

I think the business has good intentions, but in my case the cons outweighed the pros. This place was referred to me by Hospice so I was pretty excited to have some help and peace of mind. Initially, the process was hopeful but as time wore on it seemed like they were very disorganized. Also, even though they claimed they would handle everything, my brother was handling all the paperwork between the doctors office and the staff. I got a phone call from someone regarding another client. I recognized the number as LTS, LLC but they didn't have a clue whom they were talking to. I really feel like

Long Term Care Solutions, LLC in Clearwater does a great job. They help families qualify for Florida Medicaid while preserving their assets. Its a great service and they work with both DCF and and local nursing homes. Their team works hard to make sure you are taken care of until you get qualified. I would recommend this to anyone that has an older family member in need of Medicaid.
