I grew up in the South Hills of Pittsburgh (Baldwin), then attended Slippery Rock State College (now SRU) where I played football and served as team captain my senior year. Slippery Rock is where I met my wife, Fran. We have two adult children and three delightful grandchildren, Elijah, Hanna, and Eva.
After teaching and coaching at Blackhawk High School for 9 years, I was recruited to become a State Farm agent in Aliquippa, PA. For almost 40 years I have been helping people protect what is most important to them. When I am not in the office, you can find me paddle boarding with Fran, exercising, or visiting our grandchildren in Colorado.

Insurance is one of those things that I don't like to think about... but I am blessed that John Ryce and his team do! This team is incredibly responsive to any question and it's wonderful to know that I can talk directly to someone who values me and my business rather than a random call center person. John helps me look at those things I'd rather not think about including protecting all I have worked for with Liability Insurance. I pray I will never need it, but it helps me to rest knowing I have it.

I've had the pleasure of working with John Ryce as my agent and his team for more than 25 years since I received my first driver's license all the way through home ownership and beyond.
