I have been a patient here since 1991. 2 dentists have retired during this time, and the office has moved twice. Currently, Dr. Jeff is my dentist. I can't say enough good things about him! He doesn't "over sell"...tells you your options, and explains things well. He also gives the best anesthesia shots, I can hardly feel them. Great dental office!!

I thought I found my dentist! Although the experience was amazing, the financial side of it ruined it. They called to get insurance coverage and then provided me with estimated charges for pending fillings. I approved those charges assuming they spoke directly to my insurer however they ended up billing me $450 over what they showed me. I think that is a problem for most patients to budget from. That should have been passed on up front. It is very unfortunate but it doubled my out of pocket. I'm really bummed because I wanted to continue going there but clearly they are WELL above usual and customary

Dr. Jeff and Kathy as well as the rest of the staff are the absolute best at what they do. They are super knowledgeable, have a gentle touch and genuinely care about their patients. I've enjoyed the happy, friendly BG dental office for 27 years. BUT- don't forget to confirm you're appointment! Or your space will be given away to someone else. Such a wonderful place that people are clamoring to go! So don't miss your chance. They have professional receptionists who can diffuse your anger as well. It's amazing!

22 years and counting under the care of Dr. Jeff Kockritz. Dr. Jeff has seen my family through a lot of procedures and is mindful of medical issues as well as their dental health. In the last couple of years he has started to see the grandkids! If my granddaughter becomes a dentist in her future it will all be thanks to Dr. Jeff!! She loves to tell us every single thing he does and says! Lila is his biggest fan!
