My wife and I have been here twice and bought two more massages just before COVID hit. Since then, the company has extorted us out of two extensions for timing to use these massages, as we are not comfortable getting a massage just yet. This should be illegal, especially considering we bought directly through them and not Groupon. Management needs to be replaced, retrained or have some respect for the current climate. Would only recommend if you make the appointment then and there and do not adjust timing.

My husband and I went for a couples massage a week or so ago and unfortunately, did not have the best experience. The therapists were friendly and asked important questions before the massage, the front desk person was alright. The issues we had were about the massage itself. I’ve been to the office a total of 5 times. Today was my last time coming to this office as the front desk staff was unprofessional! I signed in for my appointment and as another customer walks in, she announces to them, I’ll be right with you as soon as I set this customer up for laser lipo! “ She was loud enough for everyone in that area to hear. I asked her if they typically announce the service clients are coming for to other customers and she explained that this was normal. I won’t be returning to a business that doesn’t handle patient services discreetly!

Make sure to check, check and double check your appointment time when you go to this place or they will just take your money. Very bad customer service! I bought a Groupon and scheduled an appointment. I told my husband about the appointment time right after the phone call so I’m pretty sure I was right about the time that was told me. This was first time going to a chiropractor in over 5 years. I'm so glad that I went. Dr. Scofield was so nice and understanding. You can tell that he really loves his job and patients. I got a great adjustment and lots of advice on how to help myself at home as I can start feeling better without having to go in all the time. I highly recommend going here.

Never before did I think Chiropractic would be a honest solution. After a session with Dr. Ceja and discussing a treatment plan, I have full faith he will be able to help my long term health. He was very clear what to he was doing and what to expect. The facility was very clean and the staff's protocols made me feel safe being there.
