Stewart Remodel-Design-Build is a locally owned residential remodeling company serving Colorado Springs, Monument, Palmer Lake, and surrounding areas. We originated in the late 1990's as a flooring, painting, tiling, and deck-building company. Projects now include kitchens and baths, deck and outdoor living, whole house remodels, detached garages, and additions.
Overall, very happy with our new kitchen. They took the time to understand our needs and designed our new favorite space in our home. Very collaborative during the process, especially when there were opportunities to make design tweaks/additions - accommodated every change. At the conclusion, they made sure the finish met our expectations and that we loved our new kitchen!

We couldn't be happier with our finished remodeling project. Stewart Remodeling remodeled our master bathroom and second bath. From design to tear out, moving plumbing and walls, they orchestrated it all. They finished exactly when they said they would, even during this time of back ordered products. They responded immediately to concerns we had and corrected them. I would recommend them to anyone. The price was worth the professionalism and end product.

Our recent experience with Stewart Remodeling was superb. From Oct 2020 to Jan 2021, Stewart Remodeling completed a full renovation of our kitchen. From the initial meeting in August through design, demolition, and installation, the Stewart team was the epitome of professionalism. Our designer, Lorna, and project manager, Brian, worked seamlessly throughout the project to ensure each request—down to the minute detail—was fulfilled. Our project was a complete kitchen and main level make-over. We felt comfortable dealing with Tom Stewart and team from start to finish. Tom & the designer Lorna were very thorough and patient as we worked through our not so friendly existing floor plan & multiple design options & configurations. It was very helpful we could see our plan come to life with 3D type software and representations at their office. My wife and I had differing style and finish preferences but Lorna was able to combine both of our styles into something we both absolutely love and have zero regrets. The actual construction

Tom and his Stewart Remodling employees have done lots of work on our house over the years: installing vinyl replacement windows, complete Master Bathroom remodel, installing sky lights, etc. I have never once regretted having them do this work! So reliable, honest and a pleasure to work with.

We had a new synthetic deck constructed on our home fall of 2011. Tom and his team at Stewart construction did a wonderful job helping us pick the best combination of materials and accessories to meet our needs. The job was well done. When small issues arose as they always do on a job of this scope they were dealt with in an efficient and professional way. We very much enjoy our new deck. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tom and his team for deck construction or replacement. It was a very positive experience.
