Mark and his team were top notch to deal with. From the initial estimate to finishing and cleaning up, I could not have asked for better service. It feels great to work with people who clearly know what they are doing and have deep respect for the trees they are working with. I had a much higher quote from a large state wide tree company that wanted to drive a bucket truck through my backyard and drop power lines in order to take down the large pine that was clearly dying. Mark and his crew took a completely different approach, climbing the tree to take it down. Much less invasive, very effective

Just wanted to share the amazing service by Mark from Pure Tree Care who came out and removed a few dead trees on our property. He has been efficient to work and communicate with, did amazing job removing the trees, removed and cut up the tree limbs and most importantly didn't cause any damage to the surrounding landscape. I strongly recommend his company!

Mark is the quintessential professional. He reviewed trees on our property and conservatively suggested those that needed removal. He provided a date for service, showed up on time with his team, and worked diligently and unobtrusively over a one and a half day period. He took great care removing a large pine without damaging surrounding yard or irrigation. Use of battery-powered chainsaws was unsolicited by us and a surprise, but a pleasant surprise due to minimal noise. Upon finishing, his entire teamed cleaned thoroughly after themselves. Hands down amazing tree removal! I highly recommend these folks. They were reasonably priced, clean, professional, and detail oriented. When the owner came by to do an estimate I appreciated how politely and respectfully he spoke to me: he treated me like I have a brain while simultaneously showing me what was ailing my tree and pointing out factors that would play in its removal. On the day of the tree removal he texted when he would arrive and was punctual. My toddler had left a beloved outdoor toy near the tree and was distraught thinking it would be damaged: of course they relocated the toy

I hired Pure Tree Care to fell a diseased sweet gum leaning toward a house in Carrboro. Mark and his team at Pure Tree Care are not only the best tree company I've used, and there have been a few, but they rank among the best professionals I've ever hired. Mark was a pleasure to work with and a lifesaver! During Hurricane Florence a large oak came down in front of our house blocking our driveway boxing us in completely. Within 90 mins of reaching out to him, Mark was on the scene that Sunday afternoon, despite the wind and rain, to help rescue us. He was polite, professional and the price was very reasonable. If we ever need tree work again, we'll be calling Mark and would recommend him to anyone looking for an arborist.
