Network Pros was founded by two telecom veterans, Mike Burns and Robin Fisher. Burns and Fisher bring over seventy years of experience in telecommunications and Internet marketing. Burns and Fisher spent 11 years working for Southwestern Bell and AT&T. In 1982, they founded TeleSystems Marketing, Inc., a call center business that specialized in outbound telemarketing for businesses and non-profit organizations.
In 1989, the telecom pair founded Conference Pros, Inc., a conference service provider that eventually was sold to Vialogue in a roll up of csp's in the late 90's. In 2001, Burns and Fisher founded A+ Conferencing, a conference service provider that specialized in SMB markets and worked primarily through independent master agents and resellers.
