The Du Quoin Health Center is pleased to announce Volleyball Hitting/Setting Lessons. Whether you are a beginner or advanced player, we have training exercises and lessons for you such as proper footwork and placement, jumping and landing, speed shots, second ball attacks, and more!

The Health Center now uses a secure merchant payment gateway that allows you to setup automatic monthly payments for your Health Center membership. If you are unsure which membership type to choose or need any help with the online payment form, please contact our office at (618) 542-6680. 21 cardio machines (treadmills, stair climbers, stationary bicycles, etc.) with individual televisions on every machine.
Services
This facility was built and designed from the ground up to be the most innovative and all encompassing fitness center ever built in southern Illinois. We wanted to build something that had no comparison, I did not want members from other fitness centers to tell me about any equipment we did not have.
When you register for a membership with the DuQuoin Health Center or the Perry County Health & Fitness Center, you can use either one! One membership grants you access to both locations so you can workout whenever and wherever is most comfortable for you! We have equipped the Recreation Center with a 24 hour a day access system.
Membership at the DuQuoin Recreation Center also includes unlimited access to our aerobics classes. We currently offer Zumba, Indoor Cycling, BodyBlast and Yoga classes. These classes are very fun and popular thanks to our great instructors, Kristie Kuhnert and Kelley Fiorini. We have a full basketball court.
The DuQuoin Chiropractic Center opened in November of 1999. I utilize Diversified Chiropractic adjusting and also use electric muscle stimulation and ultrasound. We treat a wide variety of problems, like the obvious, low back and neck pain. However, I have great success with many cases you would not typically think of going to a Chiropractor for.
Cardiovascular exercise is the constant 30-40 minute exercise required for a healthy heart and to help weight loss. Cardio can be done twice a day, in most cases, for many days in a row. It is important when doing any exercise activity to consult your doctor first and if you become light headed while exercising you should stop immediately.

Came home for a weekend visit and the gym was very accommodating. Nice gym with plenty of equipment and the lady working up front was very nice. Highly recommend.
