For years now Greg, and the rest of the Stop & Fix Family has made me feel a part of the Family!
It all started about seven years ago...when I lost one of my earrings. After months of attempting to find someone who could duplicate my extremely rare, conversation piece, I had almost given up hope. And then the Universe led me to Greg. He and the Master of jewelry making did it!!
And the word "Gratitude" would be an understatement for the way that my Stop & Fix Family has made me feel.

I LOVE this place! This is a one stop, shop, and fix Haven! While at the mall, I luckily found this place! Sandra who greeted and assisted me, is a class act. She and Greg assessed my items, quoted fair repair prices, and a quick turnaround time. When I returned, I was elated! My jewelry was sparkling and the the quality of the repair work is ... exceptional! As a jewelry snob, I am excited to have found Stop&Fix! A reliable and fabulous jewelry Haven!!

Stop and fix is the ONLY place I would trust with my jewelry!! Whenever I need to fix broken jewelry, a cleaning, or an engraving I only go to Stop and Fix. Everyone from their team is professional and works in a timely manner. They also have an amazing selection of jewelry. I cannot walk away from stop and fix without buying something every time.

I came here to fix my wedding rings as a few of stones fell off. I brought my 2 rings(band and engagement ring) in on Monday and was told that they would make sure to call me by Wednesday to confirm that my rings are available. Well Friday comes around and still no call, so I call them and they confirm that they are fixed and ready to pick up. I drive 45 minutes to come and see that 2 stones are still missing. The store tries to explain that they did not notice the stones because they repaired my rings without wearing glasses so they did not see the missing diamonds. I don't believe that should

Luis was amazing! Kept it real on every level and question that I had! Truly and honest guy! Greg did right by hiring him, they have a great team! I had a petite gold plated bracelet that required some fine laser engraving and was introduced to Stop and Fix from the kind folks at Things Remembered, also in the mall. From the moment I approached the counter Luis was helpful, attentive, offered exactly the right advice and presented me with options. In spite of the fact it was the height of the holiday season and they were clearly extremely busy, he still took the time with me until I was totally satisfied with what was going to be engraved, how long it would take and the cost. He even offered to text me in case the piece was finished before

I strongly suggest that you guys try stop and fix. The job that Greg does with the prices that they charge its unbelievable not to mention the customer service. Stop and fix is great they literally fix everything as far watch , jewelry, glasses and sunglasses. Greg has been there for almost 18 years so I'm sure he is doing everything right. I was reading stop and fix reviews I found out that he opened his second location in Lakewood center mall. I'm not surprised . I'm sure he will open more locations. He is a great person and extremely kind and number 1 at what he does

The best repair shop out there! They opened a Stop&Fix booth in the Lakewood area, and their service is phenomenal. I broke a pair of glasses and was trying to find shops willing to repair them at a decent price. Eddie and his crew made sure my glasses were repaired as soon as possible, and at a very reasonable price. They also offered a 3-month warranty if anything happened to my glasses. I definitely recommend this place, especially if you live in the Lakewood area. (:

I said okay then he popped open watch back and said, " you have a warranty at Fast Fix til 2021..." I said oh right but think place is at other mall. He told me about another place in mall I was looking for, charged me and I left.
Then, right before leaving mall I saw a FAST FIX -- a 2

My guys Greg and Lewis are A1 service providers. Here is the deal... I love jewlery... but I'm also like a rough guy so I tend to damage my jewelry all the time. It took me going to several places that had a great combination of service and fair pricing before I came upon Stop & Fix.. and I tell you... I haven't been anywhere since! These guys always remember me... they always work fast and the NEVER try and take me to the bank for my repairs (which I probably deserve)...

My friend and I took two watches to get resized at this store. The lady took the watches and slide the clamp that was on the watch down and resized the band for it to fit. It took her 5 minutes​ at most to do. She charged $20.00 bucks. I could not believe it. She didn't even take any links out of the band she just moved the clamp down and charged $20.00 bucks. I hope the $20.00 was worth it to her because she lost 2 customers for life. If you get work done here make sure to get a written estimate before they do any work. Stop & Fix is more like Rip & Off.

Greg is a great person with excellent customer service skills. just a professional shop.it is very reliable when it comes to repairs on jewelry and watches. Repairs are done fast at a reasonable price would highly recommend to anyone. employees are verry respectful and take the to listen to your repair problems.they are always clean and well organized.

Luis was always sweet whenever I was dropping off or picking up a watch, which is probably why HE was the one to call me in regards to my watch. He was truly apologetic about it not being serviced for such a lengthy period of time and didn't try to offer any excuses, he simply admitted that he didn't know why it hadn't been fixed but assured me that it would be and within a week of him telling me that, it WAS! Thanks Luis.
I really use to love this place! I've been gohere for years but just for minor things like watch batteries and cleaning

Employee harassed me when I went to drop watch off. Kept making comments about my appearance. My tattoos - my hair. Was weirded out but I dropped of the watch and took my receipt. Over a month later (I had forgotten that I even dropped off a watch) a man called me from this establishment. I forgot what stop and fix was, because it had been so long. I answered and a male voice said "hello miss Carly???" It was probably the creepiest thing I have ever heard. I said "yes, who is this?", he said "this is stop and fix we have your watch" .
