Great experience. I have an old antique door lock that wasn’t working, Noah showed up quickly and was able to fix the door handle and tell me what was wrong. Very professional, would call them again with any lock issues!

They let me know 5 hours before my appointment that they won't be able to provide me with service for a month, which is completely unacceptable. 24 hours notice is a bare minimum courtesy for cancellations.

Noah fixed my door that was locked and stuck from the inside in all of 1 minute. He was professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely call this company again. Timing. Was told 20 to 30 minutes and then 30 minutes later got a call and was told again 25 to 30 minutes by the technician. 25 minutes rolled around and still no technician. Timing is everything, remember that when you are trying to make money for the company that signs your paychecks.

Ronnie came for a last minute request to rekey our new home. He responded quickly to my request and he provided a quote that was very fair compared to some other locksmiths in the area. He rekeyed 3 locks and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. He probably would've been quicker but we got caught up chatting about food recommendations. I would highly recommend!
