We had an accident resulting in a massive amount of red, green, and white/clear candle wax getting spilled all over the carpet. Greg & Ryan were able to come out the day I called. They were timely, friendly, professional, efficient, and courteous. They told me there was only an ~80% chance that all of the wax could be removed, and I appreciated the honesty. They completed the wax removal and cleaned 4 rooms in barely over an hour, and there is literally zero discoloration or other evidence that the accident ever occurred. The rest of the cleaned carpet looks like new. They have earned my future
