I very rarely will leave a negative review, but this is a horrible moving company!! We had booked for a Friday at 1:00PM, no one showed up and then we receive a call they're running late and will arrive at 3:00PM. At 3:00 no one had called us so I decide to call them to see the ETA. I was told the other move was taking longer than expected and they were not sure if they would be coming. I asked if there was anyone else they could send and they said they weren't sure and had to check. Finally I get a call back maybe an hour later saying no one is coming and they can reschedule me.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We used a groupon for this company and they never showed up. We had three appointments over 2 days and they did not show up. When I spoke to the owner he flat out said " Groupons are not a priority" and they would get there whenever they get there. The worst experience ever. Extremely rude! DO NOT USE!!!!

Don't use this moving company. They will not honor their groupons and try to steal your belongings rather than negotiate on a fair price. Never worked with a mover this shady before. They are trying to say we presented a groupon for a different company but when you hit the "call" button on the Groupon site, it calls his cell phone. It's his company. This is a scam. Texas Deceptive Trade Practices violation. You will have to literally call the police to get the movers to unload.
