Gavin and crew were great! They turned an old garage into a beautiful studio apartment. Totally responsive and took care of all the details. He will actually listen to what you want and do his best to give you that!

Gavin and the team at Gartan Construction were truly such a pleasure to work with. We had a fairly complex project, but Gavin helped us through every step of the way. He went above and beyond to ensure that we remained on schedule, while keeping the quality of work to the highest of standards. I really don't think we could have done it without him!
