We lost a huge part of our lives on October 12, 2021 and we are completely heartbroken! Ernie and all other staff were very comforting, considerate, honest and very very very understanding to the pain we were experiencing! Baxter wasn’t a dog he was my best friends son and my nephew. Even though this is the hardest thing we have been through Johnson’s made this much easier and we are forever grateful.

This company, and Ernie specifically, was a godsend when my dog Passed. I would use and recommend them without hesitation. Everything was handled professionally and compassionately, and they made the process as swift as possible. Their services provided are perfect and reasonable for a family to afford, especially unexpectedly. I believe they provide a true 5 star, gold standard for this difficult service. Fabulous job!

My wife and I tragically lost our most beloved pet. We were so distraught and knew that we wanted to have him cremated. From the moment we called they were so wonderful making us a priority knowing how devastated we were. They arranged for us to meet them the same day and for us to pick up our baby the next day. They acted with empathy and respect to us and our Andy. We are forever grateful. Thank you for helping us in these hard times.
