Very disappointed and do not recommend for multiple reasons
- they didn’t wrap up our white couch and it arrived very dirty
- they ran over our mailbox at the new house and didn’t tell us or take accountability
- Our baby crib is was not wrapped, it is all scratched up. They spent an extended time working to put it back together and apparently gave up on it so the mattress has been sideways in it since. I’ve had to call asking them to fix this multiple times over the last two weeks and they still haven’t come out to fix it.
- several pieces of furniture were covered in debris including

IT was a move from hell, cost me More. But the guys were great. They never stopped or gave up. He did tell me, It was going over my budget. I ended up owning them money. It was the next month. But I did pay them. I believe in keeping my word. I should planed better, but they got me here. They are Dependable..

STAY AWAY! They should have 0 stars. They must be planting reviews because I have never experienced anything like this from a business. I called and was told they’d be out the next day to move my piano. They never showed up. I called, left voicemails, and never heard a thing. I’m just thankful I didn’t lose any money, but it sure messed up my weekend.

We used DZ Moving for a move from Louisville to Columbus, Ohio & were very pleased with our service! Prices were far less than quoted national moving companies! They didn't require box or item counts to provide a price, just an estimate as to what would fit in the truck.
Our movers, James & David, packed the truck tight and got all our belongings safely to our new home! When unloading the truck they would make sure to ask us where boxes & furniture should be placed. They were a kind, professional moving team and would definitely recommend them to anyone moving to/from the Louisville

Beware! Dishonest company that scams customers. This moving company doubles your rates on day of move, damages your stuff, and avoids your calls afterward when you want to make a claim. Do NOT hire them. Worse moving company ever! Stan Dzhirskaryani, who owns this company, gives artificially low estimates before the day of your move to lure you in. But DZ Moving is the most ill-prepared, ill-equipped moving company in Louisville. The move Stan quoted me as taking 7-9 hours took TWO full days and cost me over $4,000 instead of the low, appealing price I was quoted. One his movers was so terrible

I came across DZ Moving while searching long distance moving companies. While other well-known companies (Atlas, Allied etc) came back during a Google search, honestly DZ Moving should have been at the tip-top of the list!
I had a VERY impromptu job relocation from KY to TX. I deeply credit Stan with D-Z Moving for helping make my move effortless. NEVER once did

DZ Was supposed to move us today, however they left my husband sitting in his car for four hours waiting to open the garage for them and no show no call!! The least they could have done was to call, we would not have been happy however my husband would not have been sitting out in the heat for four hours with an injured hand he only has one usable hand!! To tell someone that you're going to take care of their move and they do this is horrible! My boyfriend and I just moved two days ago. I've never really had movers help me so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was completely used to the long hours and strenuous work of moving either by myself or with a couple of friends and family members to always help. However, the hardest part I had to accomplish of my moving process was packing. (Not hard at all) The movers showed up on the time, extremely friendly, personable, and efficient. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The ABSOLUTE WORST moving company I have ever dealt with. They didn't finish the job, left furniture broken or dismantled; including leaving my couch unusable without the legs reapplied and breaking a custom made table, they were late, brought a too small truck, took constant smoke breaks, phone calls, stopped working for rain and to eat a lunch I provided, finally they charged me 800 dollars for an 8 hour move that should have taken 4 tops.I have had to go back to my old apartment 5 times with 2 SUV's to remove the left over items, including book
