I had rhinoplasty done in November 2021 by Dr. Hecht. I am 41 years old and have always hated my nose. When I went in for my consult, the entire staff was incredibly kind and generous with their time. Dr. Hecht did a rendering of what my future nose could look like after surgery and his staff answered all of my questions. I felt incredibly comfortable in his hands and the day of surgery, I knew everything would be ok. A week later when my cast came off, I cried tears of pure joy. I was surprised to have spent well over $11,000 for a revision rhinoplasty with poor outcomes as the result. This rhinoplasty was nowhere near what was explained to me what to expect. Everything I asked for was the opposite. After the cast was off, I had a droopy and bulbous nose that pretty much looked the same as before the rhinoplasty! I do not know where to start with this review, because I only have great things to say about all of the staff! I originally started seeing Angela in 2016 for skincare services and let me tell you. This woman is a miracle worker and has improved my skin so much! She is wonderful and I've referred many of my friends and family to her, because she is the best of the best (at this point, she is pretty much family to us). Dr Hecht is amazing and worth every penny! I had held off on getting a rhinoplasty due to the fear of surgery and downtime. I was prepared for the worst being a nurse and seeing other patients recover from nasal procedures but I was so wrong! I am in love with my new nose, it doesn't look "done". If I did not tell anyone I had surgery, they would never know. My nose fits my face and looks natural. I barely bruised after surgery and the discomfort was minimal. Dr. Hecht took care of my Husband's skin cancer incision after the MOHS surgeon removed the cancer right on the tip of his nose. We were so worried about how the scar would look, but he did an amazing job. Literally, an incredible job. The scar is hardly noticeable. Dr. Hecht is so skilled! Dr. Hecht is an incredibly skilled plastic surgeon. He specializes in neck and above & creates perfectly natural looking results yet aggressive results, if that makes sense. Working with him and his staff is always a pleasure. Everyone is so kind and accommodating. I had face lift three weeks ago and you would never know except I look ten years younger. I had virtually no bruising and my incisions are fading wo a trace. The surgery was also virtually painless, I was on Tylenol only by day three. I cannot praise him and his staff enough.

I saw Dr. Hecht months ago after being referred by a friend. I made an appointment to discuss fillers and botox. I was given no instructions on what to do or not do before my appointment and left with extreme bruising that lasted for 10 days. When I mentioned it on my 2nd appointment I was told that the staff should have told me not to take ibuprofen days before and after my appointment.

I have now had 2 appointments and 2 experiences at this office, and I have to say, they were consistent, professional, friendly, and it's compassion and class all the way.
Dr. Hecht is EXCELLENT with needles. I wanted to come late and didn't want to take the time for numbing cream. No loss! He is a master injector to say the least. Hardly felt it. No bruising and exactly the results I was looking for. I walked out today made up and certainly better than I expected to look.

After suffering for 41 years from a fractured nose. My septum was deviated which affected my breathing. I suffered with allergies which made it even worse. I started to notice more changes. Long story short I finally was referred to Dr. Hecht after searching for 6 years. He diagnosed my issue, and made my breathing fabulous, and made my nose as straight as it can be, and aesthetically pleasing to boot! I waited 50, yes 50 years, to have a previous rhinoplasty revised. Dr. Hecht was recommended to me and I was impressed with everything written about him. From beginning to end, his entire office staff was A-one!

This review is way past due. Dr. Hecht performed my rhinoplasty in 2015, I still love my "new" nose so much I still smile when I catch a glimpse walking past a mirror. I am SO glad that I chose Dr. Hecht to perform the procedure. I had a good sized hump on the bridge and I felt like it just dominated my face. Where to start to explain how AWESOME Dr. Hecht and his staff are.... First off, my nose was more messed up than I thought. I always knew two things.... it was very crooked and very hard to breathe out of one side. I am a country singer. For any of my fellow vocalists, your concerns may be the same as mine were. Dr. Hecht and His staff made this process so easy and comfortable. In the consultation they show you a computer edited photo of what your results will look like. What they don't tell you though is that your results will look 100 times better than that already amazing picture that they show you. There was literally no bruising with my rhinoplasty and the shape is exactly what I wanted. I'm so grateful that I found the office. This picture is literally 5 hours after the surgery no purple blue or black on site bruise free.

I didn't care for the office and staff and doctor at all and I wouldn't get surgery done by a dr. I didn't feel good about that's for sure.i look for friendliness and a doctor to be welcoming and not act like he doesn't want to be there.i will continue looking for a Dr.i feel good about. He is direct and straightforward. I was in for a my consult and had a new nose within a month. I had hardly any pain or discomfort. Everything went so smoothly, I never knew getting a rhinoplasty could be so easy. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Some of them have even had rhinoplasty done by him and could tell me everything I needed to know. Best plastic surgeon in the state of Arizona! I recently got a rhinoplasty and the results were outstanding, I'm very happy with my new nose! The recovery process went really well, I had minor bruising and no pain at all! I would recommend this doctor to anyone and everyone. The service is really good too. Dr. Hecht did an amazing job on my cosmetic rhinoplasty! I was always self conscious of my profile in photographs because of a slight hump that made my nose look a little downturned and flat. He recommended a small tip graft as well. I had my surgery on a Tuesday and I was back at work the following Monday. I had zero bruising-just slightly yellow under one eye. I went in for a consultation at the beginning of the summer for a rhinoplasty and found Dr Hecht to be professional, direct, and frank when discussing realistic expectations/ results.
