Services
Speech therapy is designed to treat disorders that affect a person's speech, language, cognition, voice, and swallowing. Depending on the disorder and its severity, treatments can include physical strengthening exercises, instructive or repetitive practice and drills, use of audio-visual aids, and/or strategies to facilitate functional communication.
Occupational therapy (OT) is a branch of rehabilitation therapy that helps individuals with injuries; chronic conditions; or orthopedic, neurological, psychological, and developmental disabilities. The goal is to restore the individual's function so they can return to work, play, and/or performing daily living activities.
If you are suffering from physical dysfunction or injury, physical therapy can help. This mode of treatment involves therapeutic exercises and modalities that restore or facilitate function, mobility, and development. Through hands-on treatment, education, technology, and exercise, patients experience reduced pain and improved function and mobility.
The goal of pediatric therapy is to give children with injuries, disabilities, or illnesses resulting in physical dysfunction a solid and secure foundation for a healthy life they can live to the fullest. At Hi Desert Physical Rehabilitation Group, we have therapists on staff who are trained in pediatric physical, occupational, and speech therapy.

Terrible customer service over the phone. I spoke with the woman on the phone three times regarding an appointment and reschedule. She was rude and condescending every time. I worked in Military Medicine for 20 years and never have I treated a patient like this.
This woman is in the wrong business. The physical therapy itself may be great, but I wouldn't know. I never made it because she was so rude. I called her, canceled the appointment and let her know that it was because of her terrible attitude. She was indifferent. I'd rather do business with staff who appreciate and value their patients
