From start to finish the experience was totally stress free. Tom Stefani was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail. The office staff was professional and courteous. Our two installers, Connor and Brendan, were prompt, friendly, courteous and experienced. They went up and beyond expectations. The general manager was also friendly and experienced. They left the cellar as clean as they found it. Professional business in every aspect. I would and will recommend Stefani Plumbing and Heating to everyone.

I am a fellow contractor in the Plymouth area, and after getting into a pickle with a system installed a few years back Stefani Plumbing and Heating came to the rescue. Brian, the office manager was very responsive and answered any/all questions I had. He sent a technician out (Mike) right on time with a smile on his face. I knew I was in good hands from the second I made contact with Brian, and felt well taken care of throughout the process. Mike was very cordial and knowledgeable.
