Our friendly, experienced staff are dedicated to giving you the highest standard of chiropractic care. Hilary was first introduced to chiropractic through Dr. Galen while in graduate school. As she learned more about the body's natural ability to heal itself, Hilary developed a passion for chiropractic and sharing with others the amazing capabilities that we have been born with.

You will be given basic intake forms to complete which are also available on this site a can be submitted electronically to save you time on your visit. This paperwork provides us with your health history and information so we can provide you with the best care possible.
A Torque Release Technique (TRT) adjustment can be delivered with the spine in a perfectly relaxed neutral position with the perfect amount of force: Whereas a traditional adjustment requires the spine to be stretched to a position of tension followed by the manual thrust by hand to sufficiently open the spinal joints to activate a cavitation response.

I am so thankful for Dr. Gaylen Hurl and my entire family at Principled Chiropractic. I suffered with back pain, sciatica, and other health issues prior to being treated by Dr. Gaylen. I was unable to ride in a car, attend family gatherings or stand up for longer than ten minutes at a time. My neurologist, neurosurgeon, primary care physician, physical therapists and pain management specialist all said the only treatment left to improve my medical dilemma was to put a battery operated wire interference block between the vertebrae and pain receptor. I was very skeptical of chiropractic care at first, but Dr. Galen and his staff were wonderful at walking me through everything regarding my care. I have had excellent results from going to Dr. Galen. I started going because my placenta and uterus were in the wrong place while I was pregnant with my fifth son. After a month of treatment, an ultrasound showed everything was good. I continued going throughout the rest of my pregnancy, and ended up having the best labor I had ever had. Myself and my 6 sons continue to go to help our immune systems stay strong.

I have been seeing Dr. Galen for 2 years and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. Having doctored with another local chiropractor for many years, had terrible results, I was skeptical to say the least. Fast forward to today, I am overjoyed that I took the chance because I have never felt better. He does NOT adjust with physical, harsh, “herky-jerky”, adjustments. He uses a specific, scientific, technique to give adjustments where they are needed, AND IT WORKS!

Some feel the relief and the changes immediately. Others feel it after a while. I feel it when I miss an appointment. Dr. Hurl's technique is State of the art with no twisting or popping. It allows your body to heal itself from the bottom to the top and inside-out. If you're interested in keeping yourself healthy, you owe it to yourself to give your spinal column the attention it needs to allow it to do what God designed it to do.
