Muscular System - Massage stimulates and tones the muscles. It helps relieve soreness and stiffness in muscles and joints and strengthens connective tissue. This aids in relaxation, relieves fatigue and provides relief of muscle spasms. Circulatory System - Promotes removal of metabolic wastes from the body and can be beneficial in decreasing blood pressure.
I highly recommend The Balancing Touch Wellness Center. Nicole Taylor is awesome! Nicole is highly skilled and gifted in many aspects of wellness. Some of the services I have received are Structured Water Shower, Reiki, BioMat, body massage and Raindrop Therapy massage. I am currently attending a Mediation in Motion class twice monthly which includes breathing techniques, yoga moves and Tai Chi.
