Services
Kristin has been teaching yoga and pilates since 2005, and is the proud front woman of Parish Pilates & Yoga. Integrating equipment pilates with a dedicated yoga practice has been an invaluable tool to live life to the absolute fullest for Kristin, and as such led to the inception of Parish P&Y.

Kristin has studied with a wide variety of internationally respected teachers, and has developed a unique personal style from this education; she draws deeply on the anatomical structure and function of the body in her teaching. In her classes you can expect a dynamic and powerful practice, building strength and flexibility to live better and longer.
Parish is still operating under 50% capacity to allow for social distancing while in the studio. Please help us stay safe and compliant with CDC recommendations and wear a mask during entry and exit and when you cannot safely socially distance while at the studio. You will be far enough from other people to remove your mask while practicing if you choose.
Parish Pilates & Yoga offers private pilates equipment sessions using the reformer, cadillac, wunda chair, and springboards as well as private yoga sessions. Private sessions are excellent for folks recovering from injuries, have special physical needs, or just need a little bit more individual attention.
Every second Saturday of the month, Parish Pilates & Yoga and Josh Wartelle will offer a beginner class with a workshop style environment. In this class, folks new to yoga will learn how to safely and effectively practice yoga. Topics will include breath, posture, and the basics of vinyasa (flow, or movement with breath) yoga.
Our pilates teacher training (beginning summer 2020, will offer 2 tracks: 1) Reformer Focused Pilates Training and 2) Comprehensive Pilates Training. The programs consist of one module per month over the course of 12 months, generally scheduled for the 4th weekend of the month, and a series of private sessions, observation hours, and apprentice teaching.

I was seeking a place mindful of safety precautions and quality pilates instruction. I had a one on one session with Rachelle Hill, PT. Totally pleased with her rehabilitation knowledge and professionalism. Also love the use of space to make clients feel comfortable.

Instructors there are super friendly! I went after getting injured and they were so good about working around it. Equipment and studio space is all really well maintained. I knocked off a star because the classes don't feel like a solid workout - they're a good stretch, core work, but 20 minutes after you finish you can't tell you did much.
