I contacted Doug after reading the reviews on Google and seeing pictures of his work. I contacted a few other companies to get bids and compare but what spoke the most were the testimonials from other customers. I’ve been burned by contractors before so I was a bit hesitant.
Not only was Doug’s bid better than the others, he communicated quickly and actually came out to measure and walk the property. So far only 5 people have given this guy 5 star rating.
Well I am going to give this guy a one star rating because I have called twice and twice he avoided to come to my house to give me an estimate for work.
I don't know his reasons except that maybe he only does work in the rich neighborhoods or new additions, not in old neighborhoods.
Which tells me a lot about his character and to whom he is willing to do business with.

Based on the outstanding reviews I read, I made an appointment with Doug to offer a quote to replace a residential privacy fence. I was impressed that he contacted me in a timely manner when rain days required us to postpone our appointment. No problem.
Doug arrived on time on our rescheduled day. He was professional, if not particularly friendly. Looking at the work I needed done, he jotted some measurements and said he'd email with a quote.
More than two weeks later, I've still received no quote. While I could be wrong, I suspect that Doug deemed the relatively inconsequential project

Loved my experience with this company. Doug is very professional on both ends. Doug took care of all the paper work and everything and also made sure the property lines were right. He looked them up online and then was able to find the pins in my yard to now exact boundaries. He went out an additional time to measure because of the HOA apparently we were intruding on an easement so that was very nice of him. Our yard isn't huge but they were able to get the fence up one day, and then put the gates in the next. They were nice enough to block off the gate entrances so that we could start to let our
