Never answers the phone. Call backs delayed when the voicemail box isn’t full and you’re actually able to leave a message. Scheduling very unprofessional. Calls to let me know he squeezed us in for the following day and that they will be there that afternoon (without asking if I’ll be home) and then never shows up. Can’t get ahold to him to confirm or see if they are still coming so I wasted the whole first part of my day waiting around and they never showed. Calls back after the weekend and schedules us for the following day at 8 am and never shows. Can’t speak to their tree cutting

We have used several tree trimming companies in the past and chose Cut It Right this time for their competitive pricing, professionalism, and trustworthiness. I was confident they could do the job and they were excellent! They removed two trees and ground those stumps as well as trimmed 6 oak trees. I have never seen oaks more beautifully trimmed. We are proud of their work and will certainly hire them again.

Madera, Ca. We called Cut it right tree service for the removal of a 70ft redwood on the front of the property. Joe and his crew were amazing to work with! We were worried about the daunting task ahead, but from the first phone call, Joe put us at ease. Hired Joe and his crew to take out 3 huge eucalyptus trees and trim some others. Other services told me it would take multiple days to do the job. They brought a big crew and finished in about half a day. All of the trees were close to structures or the pool. They were very careful and roped most of it. I included a drone video so you can see the process. Prices were reasonable and they did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.
