Our kitchen remodel turned into a nightmare. We, like many others, went to Paradise Kitchens based on reviews. After having worked with them, our experience tells us that they are simply incompetent.
Our demo was completed on day one with both the new fridge and new range left in place, unprotected. Both were used as seats, tool rests, stepstools. Both were damaged. We needed to insist that they be removed for the remainder of the project. No offer was made to repair the damage.
The new cabinets were delivered and stored in our garage the day after demo was completed. There is NO KITCHEN at this

My wife and I decided to remodel our vanity / closet area and contacted Paradise Kitchens based on their reviews. We spoke with April who was pleasant and scheduled our appointment or so we thought. Our appointment time came and went with no one showing up. It turns out the appointment was never entered into the system. April was apologetic and stated that she could send Jacob (designer) right away. We understand things happen and agreed to wait for Jacob to arrive. Upon arrival Jacob was kind and professional. The tile work is some of the best I've seen and we absolutely love our new bathroom. All of the finishes are excellent quality and the whole project came together better than I could imagine. Definitely recommend.
