A&E went well beyond what they needed to do for us when our truck motor blew while pulling our 5th wheel trailer on Interstate 5. They took my truck to the dealership and took my trailer to our park hosting spot and parked it in the necessary space for us! I couldn’t be more pleased with their professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness. Great company to work with.

Broke down on a busy road. They arrived quickly and got my car to my house. The next morning they returned to tow it to the repair shop. Quick and efficient. I hope I don't need to use them again, but I will if needs be! Driver was great.

This Company knows how to take care of their customers. I requested a tow two days after Christmas with 2 feet of snow on the ground. The driver showed up and was able toget my transmission too go into drive so I could drive it to the repair shop. Then just charged me a service call. The front office person crystal was so nice and put up with my nagging calls and was so pleasant. This company was fantastic and definitely knows how to treat people. Stars in my book.

I tried to change a flat on my new car but could not loosen the lug nuts at all. After trying in the freezing wind and my kids trying as well, I decided to use my Ford Pass roadside assistance. They connected me with AE for help. Ford's initial eta was 75 min. AE did 74 min better. A truck just happened to be 1 min away from me. He was fast, courteous and professional. He gave me tips on what to use to loosen the lug nuts and was incredibly helpful. I am seriously happy.

On time, friendly, professional service. The tow truck driver ended up getting my vehicle going without needing to tow it into town. His first guess that it was the starter malfunctioning turned out to be correct. I appreciated the help and advice!

Terrible customer service. Very shady. Whoever answered the phone hung up on me in the middle of the conversation. They waaaay overcharge you to get your car back. They tower my car from my apartment complex at 3am and it was $390 to get it back 7 hrs later. They make you sign a form saying they're not liable for any damage to your car before they will give it back. Zero covid precautions, and extremely aggressive and antagonistic anti-maskers. Without exaggeration, the worst business I have ever had the misfortune of visiting.

For three days, my insurance company called many towing services to help me get my RV towed from Albany to my home in Corvallis. Only AE Collision & Towing would do the job and were able rescue my RV within minutes of being impounded. Plus, they
parked it off road on my property exactly where I wanted. They demonstrated amazing skill and tenacious service throughout the process. My wife and I were very pleased with the tow team sent to rescue us.

Worst customer service ever. They patrol the streets and take your car the second your time is up and then over charge you for taking your car, AND ITS ONLY CASH, kinda weird if you ask me. The lady yelled at my girlfriend over the phone and threatened to cal the cops on me for "trespassing" while standing in her office even though i hadn't said a single word. They took our vehicle at 1 AM and charged nearly $500 to get it back. Do not go here. Worst place ever.

Passing through on Freeway and our tire blew and our insurance company sent A&E towing to help us. The driver was very friendly and very quick to help us. I highly recommend this company. Their customer service is great.

Can't give a zero, unfortunately. AE Towing is a predatory organization, trolling student housing parking lots looking for expired parking tags...they then tow their vehicle to their "permit" only lot (Which is trash behind a very shabby front of the building that looks vacant) and charge them $315 for the tow AND $75 a day to "store" vehicles on their lot! Ray's Towing, the ONLY towing company to be trusted in this town. AE employees were SO rude, disrespectful, absolutely terrible experience. Avoid if you can...

We were stranded late at night and new employee Chris was amazing! He went over and beyond top quality service. He helped make sure we were safe and out of the way, worked quickly, was patient and knowledgeable. I would definitely call them anytime I need roadside assistance. THANK YOU!!!

I love this tow company. I've had to call for a tow or tire flat service twice in the last 6 months. There's few things worse than having to wait and worry about a tow. But twice now the bright green AE tow truck has rapidly come to the rescue. Kyle, the guy who arrived both times, absolutely could not be nicer. First he called to confirm and let me know when he was 10 minutes away. Both times he has helped with my car he arrived with a positive disposition, and calmly assessed what was needed and then quickly set to work. Tried to tow my parent's truck while they were helping me move furniture.... the parking lot for my building was completely empty so I don't know why it would matter.

Unprofessional and incredibly rude employees, horrible customer service, outrageous pricing. I was treated poorly by not one but four employees in the ten minutes I was there. Not worth your money or a second of your time.

After waiting and waiting for another company we called AAA back and they sent this company. (We had a friend come get us and take us home to our other car. Then went back to our car on the side of the hwy to meet the truck) Their dispatcher called us and was honest about how long it would take. The truck arrived sooner than they said. When the truck arrived it went down so fast we didn't even catch the drivers name.
He knew what he was doing. He knew where he was going. If you need towing service in the Eugene springfield area, call this company.

I'm very concerned with the quality of driving of the employees. Not only was a driver tailing my vehicle and speeding, but then flashed its flood lights almost causing an accident as I (a passenger in my vehicle) tried to get the license number. This not only dangerous and reckless, shows the lack of integrity in its employees. Truck #213 specifically.
