We booked online to visit family in town after seeing good reviews that this property had been renovated and under new management (after hearing that prior to said management change, the place was bad and that’s why it had bad reviews in the past, but it was good now). We paid in full online. When we arrived, the attendant at the desk couldn’t find our reservation even with confirmation number. No big deal, it happens. After a phone call to off-site management, we were given a key to our room. We were hot and tired and I immediately jumped in the shower. The bathroom was dirty with muddy footprints

Room was not clean at all; black particles (mold?) came out of faucet whenever water was turned on; smelled bad; loud AC/heating unit looked like it was about to fall off wall; only 1 outlet in room, none in bathroom- way too many extension cords plugged into power strip; bright lights from outside; sheets appeared slept in; no bedspread; had to pay with cash???? Could not wait to get out of there!!

Everything was perfect from the time we stepped in at front desk to room. This hotel is not out to just to take your money. The front desk attendant will show you the rooms before renting them. Well the guy that attendant to are stay did. He was very polite and patience. Very good people person had excellent convo. Nice clean rooms. Very quiet not a run down hotel at all. This hotel is doing a excellent job. We stayed in 206 and room was perfect. Nothing bad I can say about this motel at all. The only thing I can think of is that I would ask for a room with a tub next time. Oh yea its a McDonalds

Everything all made up and pretty on the outside. The place has BEDBUGS!!! I was bit by them, call to advise, and all the management staff do was DENY it QUICKLY. Sent pictures and ALL and was told , "they don't look like bed bug bites". I'm sorry are you in the hotel or medical business. No investigation no nothing. Became defensive, sign of guilty! I know this place is managed by a certain group of people. Very known for being cheap!!! I will seek resolution elsewhere. Thought a simple call would solve the problem, yet it created a bigger issue.

My GF and I stayed at this hotel a couple days ago.
The gentleman at the front desk gave us a MILITARY DISCOUNT because my GF, and I are HONORABLY DISCHARGED NAVY VETERANS.⚓🇺🇸
The room was newly renovated, VERY CLEAN, and the bed was VERY COMFORTABLE!👍
Yes there were a couple of small things that can be improved, but OVERALL our stay was on par with HOTELS costing TWICE as much.
I will not hesitate to stay at this hotel in the future.
Its CLEAN, with a OLD SCHOOL, MOM, AND POP feel that BIGGER HOTELS can't recreate.
So I give them 5 STARS!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
