This is who you go to when you want to sleep well at night. With all the options out there, all the different policies and pricing, go with the agent who actually does care about you and wants to make sure you are taken care of. Everyone in the office is energetic and fun. You can call them anytime for any questions and they are happy you called. This is a business you will want to build a relationship with. Oh yeah, and they saved us a ton of money, we have phenomenal coverage, and they even write for earthquakes!

I was unsuccessful submitting an online request for a life policy distribution. The benefits management agent I spoke with was unable to assist as their systems were down. She suggested I have a local SF agency FAX the forms. I took the forms to the nearest SF agency. It was a very busy day in Chris's office but Chris took time for some friendly conversation and FAXed the forms while I waited. He then emailed me a confirmation receipt. I appreciate the personal touch and the timely assistance provided. I recommend you consider this office for insurance needs when searching for an agent. Kelley

Have been a customer with Chris Jones for over 10 years! Has always been helpful and will give you great information and make sure you have the best and correct coverage! I recently was in an accident and he walked me through the process and made sure I to explain the insurance in terms I could understand!
