This daycare abused my niece! Left her with bruises , marks , from grabbing her arm , forcing her to sit down and hurting her bottom.
Tried speaking to the owner and she did nothing but say she will “talk” to the teachers .
I do not recommend this child care at all! Unless you want your child to be crying everyday when they come home.

I have been taking my kids here a little over 2 years and the staffs are great they do look out for my children safety, when something happens cause it is bound to with little ones they notified me right away I have read a few reviews about Mrs. Sandra and I have to say that is false information she works with you, and the kids love her there was a incident once when another child use some fond language to my young child I let Mrs. Sandra and Mrs. Ana know they did take care of it, since the pandemic started they are very conscious, and have been a big help with the whole school thing. I do recommend

This daycare has a van that picks up students at Kendrick Middle school, 5th & 6th grade. After picking up the students I observed the van driver make a right turn onto Spencer Hwy then make a u-turn in the middle of Spencer Hwy. I made my left and was behind the van at the next light. I was going in the same direction as them heading home. I observed the driver speeding down Fresa Rd. Ran the stop sign at Fresa and Lafferty while carrying students in this van. At that point I decided to follow the van to see which daycare they were going to. The van had Idea Lab as the daycare but they turned

I don’t know why this daycare even has 3 1/2 stars!!! My son came here and first few weeks he liked it! My husband picked him up and he said it was crazy!! Kids running around every where and all this other stuff. So finally it was my turn to pick him up and wow I was suprised! Kids running around like crazy, a mess, kids saying bad words! Until finally my son was crying one day saying to don’t send him to daycare please!!! And he finally told me 3 boys were bullying him and telling him nasty stuff and bad words!! Omg I was soo upset!! And never sent him there again!!! I called the daycare

I took my son there it was his first daycare experience ever (this week because started a job) within his first three days there he got a busted nose (day 1) a black eye (day 2) bite marks on his arm (day 3) needless to say he wasnt enrolles there longer than that. I wouldnt recomend this daycare to my worst enemy. And they still made me pay for the three days he was there.

Used to bring my daughter here when I had no other choice. It started out okay but then I picked her up with a scratch on her nose and asked for an explanation so one worker told me "I Dunno, I just got here but so-and-so was working at the time you dropped her off" so I requested an explanation from the person I was directed to and THAT person just made up an excuse that the scratch came from recess, then was told by another worker that it actually happened when another child pushed my daughter. I understand that things might happen like a scratch but I put down on my paperwork that I would like

My daughter is 3 and she likes going there. I also like the staff. They are very welcoming and professional. They aways greet me with a smile. And the hours are very convenient. Also like how there is a single person for the restroom and they are divided for girls and boys. Just happy I made the choice to enroll her there.
