We want our tenants to feel at home at Penn Place Apartments, so we work hard to provide convenient billing and numerous on-site amenities to improve our tenants' quality of life. We work hard to maintain a true community at Penn Place Apartments, and like any community, we have a few rules and guidelines we ask our tenants to follow to respect the other tenants and the property for the benefit of all.
Penn Place Apartments is committed to providing exceptional service to all of our tenants. We want to maintain a beautiful property that you are proud to call home! We have a full-time property manager with office hours from 8-5, but if we are not in the office, tenants are welcome to text or call 620-842-3484 with any needs!
Our office is open 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays, but for emergencies we recommend texting us so we can follow up more quickly. Meet our local, on-site manager, Carol Vardy. Carol is a Colorado native who moved to Kansas when she married her husband, Jimmy, who operates a farm in Harper County, Kansas as well as in Oklahoma.

Penn Place Apartments, owners and staff are wonderful. I have nothing but glowing recommendations for this establishment. Having first hand knowledge of the owners/operators, their contributions to the community, and the way they take care of the apartments and tenants you couldn’t ask for a better place to call home. 5 star all the way!

I happen to know that Penn Place apartments are owned by highly responsible and amazing people! They always give back to the community and take care of the places they own with the well being of those people and families who rent their properties in mind! You would have to reach pretty far to find such kind and big hearted people. I have no doubt Penn Place Apartments are a wonderful and safe place to live. I would personally live there and feel completely safe and comfortable.
