I have been shooting professionally since 2009 when I stumbled into my gift as I photographed my newborn son. When you work with me I will do everything I can to make you feel comfortable, confident, and bring out the beautiful you I know is there! Thinking out of the box and trying new things fuels my passion.
Andrea Joy Photography is holding a charity event designed especially for the enjoyment of Special Needs Children. Snow For Smiles is dedicated in memory of Andreas late Aunt Brittany Joy who had Down syndrome and passed away August of 2019, to honor her joyful life Andrea is inviting you to spread the Joy by participating in the Snow For Smiles Sessions!

What an experience!!! Took a quick drive from Charlotte to a beautiful winter escape (even tho it was 70 degrees). We arrived a few minutes before our appointment and it felt like we were transported to a snowy escape! Driving in, there were inflatables candy canes and SNOW!!! Andrea took the time and explained to my 77 and 81 year old parents what the day was going to entail and ensured they would be comfortable with the poses she was considering!. She also took the time to greet my children and even offered her dog Max to take pics with them when she saw how quickly they fell in love with her

Andrea is THE ONLY photography we use! We absolutely love her work, personality, professionalism, and very cherished pictures she's taken for us. We just got our Christmas pictures back from our most recent mini session and had do much fun! The scene set up was fantastic and she had new equipment so we could actually pick out which pictures we liked the most, while sipping hot chocolate! Cannot say enough wonderful things about Andrea Joy Photography!

Andrea did our Christmas Mini session.. Oh My Gosh Y'all.. such an adorable set up! Snow, fire, welcoming parking and waiting area! She was great with my kiddos, and helping us to stage our pictures! She was super friendly and helpful! Doesn't hurt pictures are great quality! Highly recommend her .
