We are experts in Scanning, Reverse Engineering, Inspection, Drawing Conversion and So Much More. Many different services are typically required to complete a 3d scanning project. Specific industries may have very unique requirements for files, or perhaps utilize manufacturing methods that are developed for a particular part or material.
We have extensive experience offering our 3D Part Scanning and related services to a broad range of industries. Projects can range in scope from a very small project that might only take an hour to complete, to complex modeling and creation of complete drawing packages complete with Bill of Materials.
Casting can be a complex process, so try to work with a casting specialist as early in the design process as possible. Each company may have specific methods and material requirements, and often will only be able to work with certain file types and CAD platforms. Working with your vendors cast engineers not only saves time, but you get a better part often at a lower cost.
We can perform 3D scanning inspections from simple dimension verification from 2D drawings, to scan/CAD model deviation reports. Another common process required by some vendors is an approval process defined for suppliers, commonly referred to as PPAP. The Product Part Approval Process will often require various inspections.

I was in quick need of some 3D scanning services when I came across Brian. We talked a bit and his knowledge proficiency in engineering practices and materials, along with all his past experience convinced me that this was my guy. He had great pricing for 3D scanning and was excellent at answering all my questions. Even taught me how 3D scanning worked. Good turn around time and even spent the extra effort of nicely stitching up the 3D scans so they would drag and drop ready into my CAD system. Highly recommend. You will not find a nicer or more professional Engineer.

I was very happy that there was someone locally that can do a 3D scan on a part that I am tinkering with! Brian is super professional and the cost was quite reasonable. The part I have was fairly small but it has a few tricky areas, and I was able to get the files back only a few hours later, and the .STL and .STP files had no issues. Very happy with the service!
