Don't even waste your time!!! They will tell you they will call you back when they process your application, but you'll be waiting weeks and still haven't heard from them. So, you call back and find out they still hadn't touched your application!! They tell you then they are getting right on it, but never hear nothing back. When you got places for rent you'd think you'd want good people in them to collect rent money and make business better. Clean background checked, made plenty of money for rent each month, had great renters history, and did everything was suppose to for them to process it. They

Skip them. Find another company. This tree fell in April on a property they manage. Two local churches volunteered to remove the tree at no cost. They declined both times not sure why but the tree is still down. It's July. Aren't their codes for this? Is mother nature just supposed to take its course? Is this tree just supposed to rot away?
