Definitely not pleased with the time it took them to finish the job, almost two months from start to finish. The gate I ordered was not ready when they came put the fence up so they put a whole fence panel up as a place holder until the gate was delivered, almost a week later…in the mean time I couldn’t enter backyard from my drive way. When they finally got the gate they installed it backwards, thus allowing the gate to swing out to my drive way, I specifically asked them to have the gate swing into my yard as I have a dog who’s smart enough to use a lever style handle to open doors, resulting

With all the supply shortages and staffing shortages I was worried it would take forever to get our fence installed. One company gave me a start date of mid February (basically 3 month wait) Indy’s finest was able to start with a couple weeks. The fence looks great and the guys were great to work with. As with anything there are bumps in the road but nothing that would change my decision to go with Indy’s Finest! Rocky was easy to communicate with and everyone else I interacted with was great from Drew and his crew that started the job to Aaron and Lenny who finished

I highly recommend Indy’s Finest Fence! Everyone I interacted with from Brook in the office, to Nevin in sales, and the installation team Jordan, Chad, and Chris were all fantastic. Their fence pricing was competitive and they were able to get my fence installed much sooner than several of their competitors. The installation crew was prompt and professional; they had printed copies with them of the fencing plans I had sent in advance. Very organized approach throughout. Jordan and Chad were professional and friendly. They installed a quality product that looks fantastic. They took time to explain the installation and product features, were receptive to requests and respected the property and neighbors in the process. Even working a crew member short they finished in a very reasonable time frame. My neighbors have already asked for referrals! My communication with the office, scheduling and pricing were also a good experience.

We purchased our fence through Lowe's and Indy's finest fence is who they sent to complete the install. We are very pleased with the fence and the crew of Richie, Rick and Shaggy. They were all very pleasant and did a great job.
We did have some communication issues with the office it's self but we were patient and ended up with a great product.

I contracted Lowe's to put a vinyl fence around my patio. Indy' Finest Fence came out in July and worked on the L shaped fence. It was all fine. In October, the fence blew down. The anchor post was not secure in the ground and the fence blew out of alignment causing the pieces to blow away. When I called Lowe's, they first said, "we don't cover wind damage" I was very patient to explain that this was not wind damage but a poor install on the anchor post. Indy's Finest Fence called and agreed to come out to fix the fence. They did and it is much better. We had

Lots of phone tag involved to get work done in addition to half money up front for a small job taking about two months to get work done. A forty foot section of chain link fence was to be put up, a two foot section replaced (work never completed), and a damaged cross member repaired.
When asked after work was done how they would like payment, we were informed the boss likes cash. Workman was paid and scurried away without giving us a receipt. Called and the business thankfully they e-mailed a receipt. About one
