I can totally relax there! The salon is beautiful!
Everyone is happy and very friendly! They offer discounts on their web site. They text you reminders when you should make your next appointment as well as discounts!! I prefer Elegant Nails Sap over any other nail place in Va Beach or Cheaspeake! They are #1 in my book!

***Updated review*** The atmosphere is great here but things are changing tremendously! I’m not happy about the changes everything has a fee. I drive a long distance and I have brought customers. There’s no appreciation for your patronage fees just increase. It’s sad because I really like the owners they are nice people. The business techniques needs improvement. I left out paying over $200 my last bill! Especially after a minor is charged $65 for nails without my approval!!! Her nails were extremely long which is not what I asked for.

Disappointed with quality of work . Went and had gel manicure . As a first time client, I was sent a survey a few hours after left . By that point , the gel polish had already begun chipping off. I sent a picture (per rep. At salon request ). I got no response . When I woke up this morning, more polish had chipper on other fingers. Sent picture and request for a refund for service. Was told no refunds but that I could come back to have it redone.

Disappointing. We were told to pick out a color from a wall of nail colors. My daughter chose one and it ended up being an additional $10 charge for that specific color. There was no signage denoting this, nor did the nail tech inform us of this. I paid extra for additional massage with my pedicure and it consisted of warm rocks being very lightly dragged over my skin. There was no traditional massage. My manicure is full of noticeable bubbles with uneven paint. I would’ve expected better from all the positive reviews. Maybe it was just an off day.

I have never been so impressed by a nail artist in my life. Lily is so talented! She pays close attention to detail and made my nails look the best they ever have. She was so sweet and gave me exactly what I asked for. The place is clean, comfortable, and everyone is friendly. The music might be TOO relaxing though, I was ready to fall asleep. Overall a good experience and I’ll be sending everyone here, and telling them to ask for Lily!
