I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Carol's Flowers today from my husband. The store worked with him so the bouquet had exactly what he wanted in it. Great job!!!

Beautiful flowers and amazing customer service. Ms. Carol took care of our flower needs and really knocked it out of the park. Three different style flowers we had and they all came out perfect. The shop is filled with all kinds of different arrangements, very cute. Definitely will be shopping here for all my flower needs.

I am so embarrassed with my order from here the arrangement looked nothing like what I ordered and I do realize that there are substitutions, but expect the product to at least look similar also instead of just two Happy Birthday balloons my 31 year old daughter received a happy sweet 16 balloon. now I am beyond upset and when I called the person, she advised me that she just used what she had and thought it was acceptable
And what could she do to make it right, I was not calling her to get a refund, but what I want is a florist to stop taking advantage of the customer if you cant make it exact

I called to order my girlfriend some tulips for Valentine’s Day and the woman over the phone said they had some but not very many because “they’re ugly and I don’t like to fool with them”. WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU TELL THAT TO SOMEONE TRYING TO BUY TULIPS. Completely unprofessional and RUDE

I send flowers to my Mother about 4 times a year. I've tried numerous florists and am always disappointed. Carol's Florist does a beautiful arrangement and are SO awesome to work with.

I placed my order the morning of the event! It was ready for pick up when I arrived!! It was beautiful!!

Just received my Valentines roses and they’re beautiful!!!! Every year I receive a dozen roses and every year they’re absolutely stunning.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I wish I had seen the other review before I ordered. Picked up a corsage for my son's Homecoming date and I am EMBARRASSED for him to give it to her. It does not look anything like what is shown on their website for the same price. I paid $26.16 with tax and got 6 very tiny roses with a plain velcro strap and plastic leaves. TERRIBLE!
