I took my 15 year old son for back pain due to a sports injury. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door! The office is very calming and very beautiful. I cannot say enough good things about Jeff and Heidi. They treated my son with kindness and patience and were very reassuring. We were very concerned before we went because of the possibility of his injury being severe.
Car accidents can be one of the most frightening and confusing experiences that a person can go through. Often the first thing that a person is concerned about following an automobile accident is the damage to their vehicle or their insurance coverage. This results in them neglecting the most important part, which is their individual health.

I have been a patient of Dr.Roistacher for 4 years. He has been able to prevent me from having back surgery. Decompression therapy is a treatment that works. I suffer from L5 S1 and at times I felt like surgery was my only option. Please if anyone is reading my review... go see Dr Roistacher. He is honest and companionate. I just recently started coming here and this is absolutely the best chiropractor I have ever been to! The entire staff so friendly and very helpful. They are all so warm and inviting you feel like you’ve known them for years! I have yet to ever have to wait. They take me right into the back. Went in for lower back pain I have had on and off for years. Dr. Roistacher did a review of my case and told me he could help my pain and adjust me or we could put together a treatment plan to fix me long term, resolve the issues that started the pain and thats what is so awesome about this practice, healing not just treating. I feel so much better and can see the results of the full treatment plan. Dr. Roistacher, Heidi and Casey are truly the nicest folks and they care about you and whatever your issues are. Raleigh Spine Clinic is everything you would expect for a 5 star reviewed practice. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The facility is clean and well equipped. Dr. Roistacher has amazing bedside manner and truly cares for his patients. This office has the most friendlstaff anywhere. They know people come in with pain and may not feel well at all. Casey and Tabitha always greet you with a warm welcome. They take the time to ask how you are. Most offices just rush you in and out. Lastly may I say DR. Roistacher is the best chiropractor I've ever seen. I did an appoint I got a discount on here on Yelp about 2 years ago. I had my first ever adjustment and I honestly felt great after. My posture was off and I could feel it, but didn't know until he did the scans. I have had a child since then and am ready to book another appointment, worried about the costs and how it will work out with insurance as I am a military dependent and getting care off post covered is very difficult. Staff and Dr were amazing to my husband and I even though we brought our 9 month old in with us they were completely fine with it which is great.

I argued with myself about whether or not to write this review in the first place as Dr. Roistacher responds with some intense rebuttals. However, I wish I would have had a heads up about this.
First off Dr. Roistacher and his staff are extremely nice. They make you feel very welcome and are very accommodating with your schedule. The office is open in the evenings, which is very much appreciated. They are very thorough in their evaluations and have a number of treatments that are cutting edge.
However, my major concern is their cost. I was told that my plan would cost $1,400. Let me be clear

Dr. Roistacher and his team are phenomenal to work with. They provide you with a plan of action on your second visit (after an initial information gathering and treatment in your first visit). This allows you to make a decision on how to move forward with your care. It includes all of the awkward details, including pricing that you may not feel comfortable asking about. This was my first time going to a chiropractor so I was very scared of the horror stories that many people have told me over the years. I went in for an initial visit and then another appointment where he showed me my scans. I honestly felt like he was a car salesman trying to get me to buy this package of visits and a pillow and this other stuff rather than individualize he treatment for me. I mean, EVERYONE has "tech neck". Cost me $150. They didn't even file to my insurance so it didn't count towards my deductible.

A couple of the things that impressed me since my time there was Dr. Jeff's methodical approach in laying out what is going on, how long it will take and how it will be accomplished. An exercise plan is given to work the area needed and you learn not only how to do the exercise right but to do them at home when you need them.
Lastly, the staff is not only knowledgeable about what they do, they are a very courteous

What a big mistake.I was injured in the line of duty as a US Marine many years ago and although I have lived with pain for many years on Dec 8th 2014 I woke up in unbearable pain in my sinuses along with ear pressure. It was so bad I could not hear out of either ear.I freaked out and rushed to the hospital and the doctors concluded that I had a bad sinus infection. I was pumped full of antibiotics to no avail. This place is awesome! From the time you walk in you are greeted by name. You don't just get adjusted here. This is full recovery place with physical training built in. There are two doctors, Dr. Roistacher and Dr. Werness are both great. They explain everything prior to doing adjustment. They have a whole personalized plan setup for you. Giving a simple adjustment is one thing: CRACK and you're on you way. Dr. Jeff and Heidi make sure that the CRACK sticks.
I had a problem because I was out of alignment. Dr. Jeff showed me what was wrong and how (over time) the problem was corrected.
