We remain committed to delivering complex, creative credit solutions and achieving client objectives with flexible financing structures. Crystal agented an $80,000,000 Senior Term Loan secured by a first lien position on the Company's intellectual property and certain other assets and a second lien position in the working capital assets secured by the revolving credit facility.

We specialize in making loans to companies in situations that are not straight forward or plain vanilla. Our borrowers have capital needs and/or financial profiles that are not a fit for traditional, regulated capital providers.
