If I had to describe this company in one word it would be HONEST. Which is hard to find in Dallas these days. Every time we’ve had a technician come out, our experience has been nothing but professional. Like a good honest mechanic, bughead won’t charge you for something you don’t need, and won’t recommend a service they don’t think you need. They have my business locked in.

We were so lucky to stumble across Bughead about four years ago. They have always been extremely professional and thorough in their work. They come out for resprays whenever you call or email them.
This past October we had a surge of roaches and Bughead helped us through the process of getting rid of them. They kept me informed on why they were occurring. Apparently they can ‘mark’ your house and others will come too. When the activity didn’t stop they suggested looking for a leak and low and behold our sprinkler system was the culprit. Now we haven’t seen them in quite some time. Phew

I started using Bug Head last July when I moved into a new home. I signed up for their Advanced Quarterly service as well as had them complete a rodent exclusion for my attic. My home is fairly old and had also been vacant for ~7 months before I moved in so I was dealing with some pesky bug issues, all of which are under control now with the quarterly service. I have still been dealing with some friends living upstairs in the attic, despite Bug Head having sealed up all visible access points - clearly they are still getting in & out somehow! Our home is near a body of water and we have a unique pest situation. They were able to treat our large yard and still be conscientious of the safety of the lake and wildlife that depend on it. We had rodents galore which attracted snakes. All of that is under control and we can now enjoy our yard without swarms of mosquitoes and mayflies. Very reasonable prices and no contract!

I cannot say enough great things about Bug Head Pest Control. From the initial consultation 2+ years ago we have been 1000% satisfied and most importantly bug free! The girls in the office are nice. The techs are thorough and the owner who came out and did our initial consult was as nice as could be. He even took time to educate my husband about what to avoid, what to look for etc. The prices are great too. Much more affordable and customized service than the household named companies that shall not be mentioned.

Big Head Pest Control does an excellent job. They have recently updated their website and systems, so scheduling appointments and contacting them for questions has never been easier. Great customer service. John was our most recent technician and he was the most professional technician to have ever serviced our home. He arrived early and asked whether we had any specific pest-related issues he could address. He surveyed the property and applied the product both indoors and outdoors. No pest-related issues at our home since we hired Bug Head. Great experience all around!

Update: Truly unreal service. I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a company with which I was happier. They’ve come back several times to help us get our house under control for no additional charge.

Bug Head is a great value, no nonsense pest control company. They are extremely responsive and don’t try to lock you in to long term service contracts like most other pest control companies. Nonetheless they have kept my house rodent and pest free for years. Would highly recommend.

Jeremy treated my apartment about a month ago for pests. He did an awesome job and I’m so thankful and grateful for him to really help me. Jeremy was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, answered all my questions, and did an amazing job. He even took the time to check the attic for birds once more after he patched the holes and before he left just to give me peace of mind. He was absolutely wonderful, and I would recommend him to anyone!! Additionally, Bug Head Pest Control ended up charging me less than they quoted me... bonus!! :)

I called Bug Pest Control in a panic and they definitely did everything they could to help calm me down. I really needed someone out right away but they were booked and I had to wait three to four business days to get someone out. I had called other businesses but after talking to Bug Pest Control, they really offered much better customer service which is why I waited for the appointment.
The employee who showed up with very friendly and answered all my questions. He even helped me move items around to get ready for him to spray.
