IntraPac Mebane (formerly Technical Precision Plastics) celebrated its 35th Anniversary in 2019. Since our incorporation in 1984, we have grown both in location and expertise. With 2 facilities in Mebane, NC and 1 in Haina, Dominican Republic, we employ over 150 skilled technicians and staff, with 47 molding machines and almost 100,000 square feet of manufacturing space.
IntraPac Mebane provides support and leadership assisting valued customers in product design and development by combining principles of plastic part design. IntraPac Mebane utilizes SolidWorks and Mold Flow Part Advisor MPA to create and analyze complex plastic components and assemblies. Plastics material selection and application support are provided by IntraPac Mebane and through its diverse supplier base.
IntraPac Mebane and Haina's operations offer class 100,000 and 10,000 molding clean rooms. Clean assembly zones are in an ISO Class 7 clean room. This area offers automated and manual systems compliant to customer requirements. Direct Market Unit assemblies are packaged and shipped to customers. Since the inception of IntraPac Mebane in 1984, medical has been a key factor in the growth and success of the company.
IntraPac Mebane utilizes the latest inspection technologies available in today's marketplace. Quality Systems ensure precise and consistent compliance to customer critical specifications for the life of customer programs.
These requirements, in conjunction with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) tools such as Design of Experiments and Mold Flow Analysis, allow IntraPac Mebane to develop and validate molds that are capable of producing products that meet or exceed our customers' expectations.
